Thanks for interest in our class. This is a very Hands-On class. You will be doing a ton of shooting
In addition to the regular week class, we need you to attend the Bonus Class on Sunday morning for 10am-noon. This class will make sure everyone is up to date and ready for the week class.

We will be getting up early almost every day to get to the location shoot. And we will be staying out late to capture images at the best time of the day. We will be carpooling for those staying at the hotel and those going home at night.

We will also not be back to the hotel for a few of the evening meals, that is the best time to shoot!

This week is packed with photographic explorations. The World Photographic Workbook, which is offered as a class handout, will serve you during our class explorations. Great places of interest will be the Dallas Arboretum, Heard Natural Science Museum, Fair Park, and the Dallas Zoo. We will do some Architectural Landscape Photos and Street photography in Downtown Dallas, etc. We will visit Dallas Trinity Trails to do a Dallas night skyline photo and some painting with light landscape photos.

We may have to walk a lots, bring your walking shoes and rest up before the week

Through discussion and hands on learning, this week promises you a whirlwind of imagery and education from around the world. With Nature being the wide scope of study, we will include Macro, Floral, Animal, Landscape, Street and on location travel portraits. Content from these programs will assure to cover camera strategies that you can apply regardless where your photographic interests may take you.

We will work on composition, how to use exposure to tell your story, picking the best f-stop, shutter speed and ISO to get the best image in the camera, selecting the best lens for each situation, and how to plan your shoot for the right light. We will help you improve your photography with hands on lessons and personal critiques.

During scheduled discussions, Randy will bring in his insight on global travel with a program entitled “Enter the Village” that covers location scouting and connecting with local culture.

This will be a very popular class, so register early. We promise this will be an amazing class with lots of shooting time, getting up early, and having tons of fun.
